MY APPROACH

I am passionate about helping people to return to full fitness, get back on their feet, move more freely and feel more normal again.

For more than 20 years now I have been helping people to find ways to manage their pain. A thorough assessment is vital in order to plan and structure the treatment approach. Listening and asking questions is the key to understanding.

The treatment approaches offered are set out within a structured framework. The structured framework having been established from sound scientific research. These may include exercises, stretches, 'hands-on' massage/mobilisations, relaxation, pharmaceutical review, pacing strategies, work based review, fitness level management, sleep management, mindfulness, posture and lifestyle review. I believe that the more empowered the patient becomes the more they will effectively manage their pain, health and well-being.
